Who we are? What we want?

Green Halo started because we were sick of the "big box" pricing on fixing your most important tool. Your computer. No one wants to wake up and see that a scam artist has taken you for money. Or maybe you really want a nice computer at a decent price without all the sales pitch.

James and Tom are both are Special Operations Veterans with unmatchable work ethic and determination within the IT landscape our passion is first and foremost: Securing the digital playground so you don't have to worry. We are starting this as adventure in securing our loved ones and those that interact with them.

Founder/Co-Founder: James B

James B., a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, grew up aspiring to become a paratrooper. In July 2001, he turned that dream into reality by enlisting in the U.S. Army, embarking on a transformative journey that would shape his life and career.

Over an impressive 18-year military tenure, James served with distinction in elite units, including the 82nd Airborne Division, 101st Airborne Division, and the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR). His experiences spanned multiple deployments, honing his ability to remain mission-focused and deliver exceptional results, whether supporting fellow service members on the front lines or addressing civilian needs with unwavering dedication.

After retiring from the Army, James transitioned into civilian life, first serving as a sheriff’s deputy and then working in the challenging field of cell tower maintenance. Recognizing the value of continual growth, he returned to school to pursue further education and certifications.

Within a single year, James earned five industry-recognized certifications, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and adaptability in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Currently thriving in a Desktop Support role, James leverages his extensive leadership experience, technical acumen, and customer-first approach to provide top-tier solutions and support.

James's diverse background reflects a career dedicated to service, resilience, and lifelong learning, making him a dependable and knowledgeable leader.
